Re Cornetto s.r.l. was born in 2008. It is a young company, but with a staff with more than 40 years ofexperience in the frozen bakery products field.

We offer our customers a vast gastronomic range for breakfast (almost 70 references), totally produced in our artisan laboratory in Rome. With the cold technology, we are able to transport the tradition of the Roman breakfast throughout Italy and abroad.

A mother, a womb that rises on a journey among her children scattered across the earth. Among peoples and continents, it collects in itself part of the lands inhabited by people, feeds, dies and regenerates.

A gesture that is always the same, a shape that becomes. This is mother yeast, you can take it around the world, use flour from other peoples and then return it to Italy full of experiences from other worlds, if you take care of it, it will always give you great satisfaction, like the ones I feel when every I use it every day, I renew it, I see it grow, a ritual I’ve been repeating every day for twenty years.
